So far so good.

So here are all of the parts as they will sit in the roastery. We still need to put the insulation panels on but we are going to wait until all of the gas and electricity has been connected. No reason to put them on just to take them right back off if something needs to be adjusted… Not that that would ever happen. I am just saying, on the extremely (I want to emphasize the extremely) unlikely chance that something went wrong it would be smart to wait.

Not Just Coffee
